How Much Does My Face Cost?

I'm sure you will all have seen posts where the writer adds up the cost of their daily makeup routine, and I think they're really fun. To a non beauty lover it may seem ludicrous to see the total spilling into the hundreds, but I see it as more than beige paint. I understand that it's an investment in confidence and happiness, and although my individual items carry drugstore price tags, I imagine that I still end up investing a hefty sum! Let's see...

Foundation
Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum- £11
Concealers
17 Phwoarr Paint- £5.50
Collection Lasting Perfection £4.19
Essence 16 hour- £2.50

Blush
MUA single blusher- £1
Bronzer
Freedom Matte Bronzer- £3
Powder
Technic Soft Focus - £3

Cream Eyeshadow
KIKO Longlasting Stick -£6.90
Mascara
Currently the Technic Monster lash which was around £2,
and the Maybelline Big Eyes which cost £3.

Eyebrows
Essence Make Me Brow- £2.50
Lips
Essence Longlasting Lipstick- £2.30

As you can see, I have a very simple routine with budget products, but they still total £46.89! I am honestly shocked. This is just my basic routine with no colour correcting, contouring, or even tools, so if I added up my whole makeup collection I think I would faint. I'm certainly going to be extra protective of my makeup bag from now on!

    1. My favourite of all the products is the KIKO eyeshadow sticks! So pigmented, longlasting, and total dupes of the By Terry numbers xx
